Ensuring delivery quality and adherence to standards
Defining strategy and roadmap together with the Head of CoE Business Solutions
Ensure profitability, performance and achievement of business targets and corresponding value
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize deliverables
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field.
Substantial experience in R&D environments ideally in the Chemical industry
Experience with LIMS systems
Experience in complex business environments with several stakeholders and virtual teams, capable for building cross-functional relationships and teams
Good cross-functional business (process) knowledge, understanding of digital and business capabilities in different business areas
Consulting skills with strong focus on value creation
Ideally first leadership experience
Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication skills with all levels
Strong technical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) - bonus is the ability to speak & and converse in German
